These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the tkbd1 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features available at tkbd1.vip. tkbd1 is an online gaming platform designed exclusively for adult players in Bangladesh aged 21 and above. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on our platform, you unconditionally accept every provision stated in this document.

tkbd1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time. 1. Eligibility Requirements

2. Account Registration and Verification

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and verification status.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered under your own name may be declined or reversed. tkbd1 only accepts funds from sources you personally own and control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for most supported payment channels. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after KYC verification is confirmed.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. tkbd1 may request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals.
• Funds linked to active bonus wagers cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been fully met.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

tkbd1 may offer various promotional incentives including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on selected slots. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

• All bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the rollover condition is satisfied in full.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts is considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirement unless specified otherwise in the promotion details.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbd1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may lead to legal action where applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on tkbd1.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering, illegal fund transfers, or any activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent any account-level restriction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the tkbd1 platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on tkbd1.vip, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, sound effects, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of tkbd1 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on tkbd1.vip without prior written consent from tkbd1. Unauthorised use will be subject to enforcement action including takedown notices and legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbd1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. tkbd1 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall tkbd1's total cumulative liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether tkbd1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
